THE GREEN stands for culinary enjoyment at its most relaxed. The high-quality buffet concept allows for an open and flexible daily schedule - particularly appealing to families, active vacationers, and anyone who wants to enjoy culinary freedom. 

The kitchen places great emphasis on regionality, freshness, and high-quality ingredients from the surrounding area. Many products come from local farmers and regional suppliers, and game meat even comes from our own hunts in the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains.

  • Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM 
  • Afternoon and evening buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Genusswerkstatt is the resort’s award-winning restaurant, located in the adjacent partner hotel, Sportresidenz Zillertal, just a 100-meter walk from THE GREEN. Recognized by Gault&Millau and Falstaff, the restaurant is considered a special hidden gem for connoisseurs and foodies.

Whether it’s an exclusive 6-course gourmet dinner, select à la carte dishes, or a relaxed lunch on the sun terrace after a round of golf—anything is possible here.
